To bind noclip to any desired key, you first need to activate the console. After that, open the console using the ~ (`) key, which is located below the escape key. Next, enter the command: bind “KEY” “noclip”, where “KEY” will be the desired key. If you’re not sure which key is best to set a noclip bind on in CS2, I would recommend using F1, as this key is located closest to WASD. The bind for this key would look like: bind “f1” “noclip”. Just keep in mind that if you had something else set to F1 previously, the previous settings will be overwritten.

To test the functionality of the bind, you need to enter training mode or be on any other local server. Once you are on the map, enter the command sv_cheats 1 in the console to unlock the so-called god mode. After that, you can use this command for your needs.

Noclip is very convenient for the training process, for example, if you are learning how to throw grenades. After setting up the bind, you will no longer have to move around the map on foot, which can be slow and tedious.
