Developers from Valve have not yet created a convenient net_graph for players that we are used to seeing before, nevertheless, there are several simple ways to check FPS in CS2.
How to make fps show in CS2
The simplest way to see FPS is through the console command cl_showfps 1. Just open the console and activate the command, after which a red line will appear with the name of the map and the number of frames. There are commands cl_showfps 2, and even cl_showfps 3, but they all look too cumbersome and cover half of the screen.
The second method involves activating the standard FPS counter through Steam. To activate it, you need to go to the settings by clicking on the Steam icon in the top left corner and then pressing the appropriate button.
Translated by you, a new window will open in which you need to select the “In Game” tab, and then simply move the slider to the on position (In-game FPS counter high contrast…) – this will make it noticeable and convenient. Also, don’t forget to select the location of the counter on your screen.
As a result, you will have such a small FPS counter, which, in my opinion, is much more convenient than the previous option.
