To find out your average FPS in CS2 is an essential step before optimizing your PC. This way, you can adjust your system for optimal visuals with the best frame rate. The most convenient way to test FPS without additional applications is a workshop map called CS2 FPS BENCHMARK.
All you need to do is follow the link by clicking on the map name above or find it in the Workshop and click “Subscribe.” After that, the map will appear in your game under the WORKSHOP MAPS section.
Select the CS2 FPS BENCHMARK map and click GO. The map will start loading, and the benchmark process will launch automatically. The test itself is not very long, taking just over a minute.
As soon as you complete the entire map, pay attention to the console. Here, you will find all your information, including the average FPS and 1% low.
